Every donation enquiry we receive is handled with care and directed toward our five constitutional objects — community healthcare in Australia, hospital support, rural and remote healthcare programs, marginalised community solutions, and strategic partnerships that extend our reach.
Under Clause 41 of our constitution, all funds and assets are used solely in pursuance of our constitutional objects. No profit is distributed to members.

Under Clauses 41 and 50 of our constitution, all income and capital is applied exclusively to our constitutional objects. No portion is distributed to members.
Financial Accountability
How donations are handled and protected.
KC Foundation Incorporated operates under strict financial controls defined in Part 5 of our constitution. Your donation is protected by multiple layers of governance accountability.
Deposited immediately
All money received is deposited as soon as practicable without deduction to the association's bank account (Clause 39).
Receipt issued
An appropriate receipt is issued as soon as practicable after receiving any money (Clause 39).
Two authorised signatories
All payments require signatures from two authorised signatories of the association (Clause 40).
Independent audit (when required)
An auditor is appointed when the association becomes a prescribed association under the Act (Clause 48).
